Special Conditions of contract

The General Conditions of Contract are complemented by more specific terms that apply to individual projects or agreements in the Special Conditions of Contracts drafted by Mepco. Special conditions: These can be as simple or complex as your requirements dictate (project deadlines, technical specifications, safety regulations; payment schedules etc) They are written for the unique nature of a project and include special expectations on which Mepco agrees in writing with the contractor. While wishing on particular project details, Mepco ensures everyone included in the ecosystem knows precisely what to do when participating that leads eventually a smoother execution of your projects hence increases efficiency.
