This English version of the MEPCO Customer Service Manual assists the customers in understanding the procedures and services offered within the Multan Electric Power Company and provides all necessary information related to customer’s affairs. It addresses important issues such as payment, complaints, new connections and requests for service. The effort of the Manual is to enhance the customer experience and for that purpose all processes, rights and responsibilities are described clearly and quickly in an upholding manner to provide efficiency and timely assistance to every MEPCO customer.

The Customer Service Manual in Urdu brings to MEPCO customers clear and elaborate information about the services and processes of the company in the Urdu language. It contains such subjects as providing information on the charges, settling complaints, new electricity connections, and making requests for the services offered by the company, thus enabling the users to find their way and the services easily. The aim of this manual is to increase transparency and efficiency with MEPCO customers by issuing them clear instructions in a sequential manner for the purposes intended for the company.
