Procurement Plans

The Mepco Annual Procurement Plan. This outlines purchases and procurement activities to support its operational & infrastructure needs. The procurement and purchasing of materials, equipment, services or any other resource that is needed for why they are doing their projects at the same time prospective ones.

These specify the category of goods and services required, estimated costs, as well as timelines for each activity to bring transparency in expenditure levels, manage available resources more effectively based on societal needs and last but not least maintaining standards laid down by various regulatory structures. It gives a brief on the opportunities that will come up so potential vendors get time to prepare and be part of Mepco procurement processes properly.
